All API keys used with Vidix are securely stored locally and are not transmitted to Vidix or save in any vidix server. This ensures the privacy and security of your API keys.
Vidix operates through two main modes: basic and advanced. In basic mode, Vidix uses its own system as the provider. In advanced mode, users can choose an external provider from a list that includes Anthropic, Together, Groq, OpenAI, among others, by entering their personal API key.
You can use various external providers with Vidix, including Anthropic, Together, Groq, and OpenAI. You just need to enter your API key to start using the provider of your choice.
After selecting a provider, the next step is to create models. Vidix already has preconfigured the most powerful models for each provider, like GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 for OpenAI, or Claude Opus for Anthropic.
You can create custom AI agents or select them from the library of AI agents offered by Vidix, which contains AI agents that have been tested and optimized. Once created, AI agents can be executed using shortcodes, and Vidix will process the request, displaying the results directly in the application you are working on.
Keep Text: Keeps the original content by adding a line break before processing the new content. Replace Text: Replaces the original content with the new processed content. Open in Modal: Opens a modal with the processed content for situations where you cannot write directly in the application. Streaming: Allows viewing the results in real-time, without waiting for the process to finish. Spotlight: Launches AI agents on the fly without needing to have them registered beforehand, expanding the possibilities of using Vidix. Copy to Clipboard: Enables users to easily copy the processed content to their clipboard for immediate use elsewhere.
Depending on the provider, you can use various models, including GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 from OpenAI. The use of more advanced models like GPT-4 has a significantly higher cost. If you choose to use an external provider, you will need to enter your own API key and will pay according to the rates of the selected provider.
Vidix offers two main subscription options:
Annual payment of $49.99: Access to all the functionalities of Vidix using your own API keys. Additional costs will depend on the provider you choose.
Monthly subscription from $19.99: Includes 1 license and 1 million monthly tokens. Unused tokens do not roll over to the next month.
Vidix offers a 4-day trial with 25,000 tokens so you can test the application and decide if it's right for you.
Security is a priority for Vidix. We do not store or directly handle your credit card information. All payment processing is managed securely through our partner, Stripe.
Standard plans do not include Service Level Agreements (SLAs). If your project requires uptime guarantees or specific processing times, contact Vidix to discuss customized solutions.
Canceling your subscription is simple. You just need to go to your dashboard and cancel it from there. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made after that.
Given the high cost of token consumption, Vidix does not offer refunds. This is why a 4-day trial with 25,000 tokens is provided so users can test the service before committing.
